White Diet

Here is your guide to after-treatment care. As the pores of your enamel open temporarily with treatment, your teeth will be extra vulnerable to any stains for a couple of days. Certain foods and drinks can reverse a lot of the whitening benefits of your treatment.

To ensure you keep your smile bright follow this post treatment!
To ensure the best results we advise our clients to follow the White Diet and avoid any dark staining foods and drinks for at least 48 hours after their whitening treatment. Be sure to drink lots of water to rehydrate your teeth. Once the pores close which usually happens within 48 hours after the procedure, you can resume your normal habits. An easy rule to remember is anything that would stain white fabric – avoid it!
