Deposits, Cancellations, Refunds & Gift Cards

• Mirror Mirror Beauty Ltd requires a deposit to be paid at the time of booking
  • We require a $50 deposit per client on all appointments
  • We cannot offer a refund on your deposit if you change your mind or find it cheaper elsewhere
  • We require at least 48 hours’ notice for a rescheduled appointment.
  • Treatment Services are non-transferable to other individuals
  • In the event your appointment is cancelled within less than 48 hours any deposit and additional payments already made are non-refundable.
  • Gift vouchers and Pre-paid treatments are valid for 12 months.
  • Gift cards and pre-paid treatments are non-refundable
  • Gift Vouchers will be forfeited if rescheduled or cancelled within 48 hours’ notice. Subject to Mirror Mirror Beauty Ltd’s discretion.
  • Failure to contact Mirror Mirror to reschedule or cancel appointment will see the Gift Voucher forfeited.
  • You agree to these terms by purchasing a gift card

Safety

• Whilst our technicians can advise you on treatments it is the client’s responsibility to determine whether the procedure is right for them
  • It is essential that the client provides all required information in our consent form or informs out technicians of any factors that may affect the treatment or the client
• Any booking that is cancellations due to government enforced COVID-19 closures or restrictions will be given an appointment credit with no expiry date.
